Every Thursday, and look out for longer sessions on Saturdays and Sundays. Just come along and bring yourself. We have gloves, gardening equipment, and there is always someone there to provide guidance and support. We love to see new friends and old. Come and help us at our wonderful Community Garden!

Some fabulous residents are hosting pop-up seedling stalls around Sopwell over the bank holiday weekend.
Help yourself to some veggy seedlings and ‘Have a grow’!

Explore local wildlife with our Sopwell Wildlife Trail. Follow the map to find the Blue Hearts, locations that are part of the national rewilding scheme. This event is part of #SustFest22
Each Heart has a letter – can you and your family collect all five hearts and find the hidden word? Download your copy of the map here.
SustFest22 is an award-winning community festival all about sustainable living and protecting the environment. Find out more about it and the other events running this May here.

For this year’s #SustFest22 we are inviting you to our Community Garden Open day from 10.30am to 12.30pm on Sunday 15 May! There will be plenty to do and see – adults and children welcome!
Eat cake. Enjoy our refreshments, meet the volunteers, and see the progress of the garden. Get involved if you want – help plant our green beans, squash and courgettes – or just watch! Seedlings and seeds for you to take away and grow food at home.
Please bring along any spare seeds or seedlings you have at home – someone else may be able to plant them!
Walk the Sopwell Wildlife Trail – explore the wildlife locally – with our special map to help guide you around. Kids will love this! More info at the Community Garden Open Day.
