Community Garden Open Day Sunday 15 May- all welcome!

For this year’s #SustFest22 we are inviting you to our Community Garden Open day from 10.30am to 12.30pm on Sunday 15 May! There will be plenty to do and see – adults and children welcome!

Eat cake. Enjoy our refreshments, meet the volunteers, and see the progress of the garden. Get involved if you want – help plant our green beans, squash and courgettes – or just watch! Seedlings and seeds for you to take away and grow food at home.

Please bring along any spare seeds or seedlings you have at home – someone else may be able to plant them!

  • Let the kids help plant up the Sunflower tunnel in the children’s area! Check in to the Bug Hotel – see how we are attracting bugs and insects into the garden.

Sopwell Wildlife Trail 15 May – 31 May

Walk the Sopwell Wildlife Trail – explore the wildlife locally – with our special map to help guide you around. Kids will love this! More info at the Community Garden Open Day.
